Since the early 1960s, Ad 2 chapters across the nation have been providing pro-bono advertising and marketing campaigns to non-profit organizations in their communities. Public Service campaigns are showcased for public viewing at the annual AAF National Conference. All campaigns are professionally produced and team of judges selects the campaign that best served its community each year.
A huge thank you to our wonderful judges who devoted their day to Ad 2 Public Service!

Ad 2 Tampa Bay partnered with Ovacome, Tampa’s gynecologic advocacy group, to create an awareness campaign for gynecologic cancers and their symptoms. The campaign, titled “Trust Your Gut,” focuses on empowering women to be their own healthcare advocates through greater understanding of these diseases, their subtle symptoms and how to detect them early on.
Our House is a job training center for orphaned teenage boys, 15-20 years of age. The Our House program stands out from the myriad of programs for “at-risk” youth because of its all-inclusive approach developed at its inception in 1993.
The Lock Your Meds® campaign is an initiative of Informed Families that is sponsored by the National Family Partnership to combat prescription drug abuse among youth. Many caregivers may be unwitting suppliers and by making the community aware of the problem we can curb the abuse by others.
Canine Partners of the Rockies (CaPR) is a Colorado non-profit with the mission of training and placing highly skilled service dogs in the homes of people with mobility limitations. Our goal was to educate the community about the role these dogs play in the lives of people who have mobility limiting conditions, as well as create an integrated, pro-bono advertising campaign to create awareness around the organization.
Ad 2 Madison partnered with Mentoring Positives to help raise awareness about the need for mentoring children and teens living in troubled neighborhoods and in single-parent homes, and how the organization can positively influence those kids through a series of mentoring and leadership programs. We agreed on four objectives this year: branding and creating informational marketing materials, producing a promotional video, coordinating public relations efforts to raise awareness, and redesigning their website with a new easily editable template. The campaign was a great success because of all the media attention Mentoring Positives received, the new volunteers who wanted to help positively influence the kids, and with how much the organization grew over the last year in correlation with our marketing and advertising efforts.
