Phoenix Update
February
2002 - It's the best time of the year
for The Valley of the Sun Ad 2 chapter.
Our counterparts are freezing and going
scarf-shopping while we're wearing shorts
and sandals. OK, well, I guess the Tampa
guys don't have it too bad. Oh, yeah and
Orlando. Los Angeles is probably not too
bad either. And San Diego. Anyone notice
that we are way under-represented in the
Midwest? Ad 2 Phoenix is busy making sure
we're making membership as valuable as
possible given the situation of the local
and national economy. Our Red Means Stop
Coalition public service campaign just
won five golds at the Phoenix Addy's,
plus the People's Choice award. We're
gearing up for an on-line media auction,
are hosting our Student Career Day, and
are busy seeking out new officers for
the board. Last but not least, we're getting
ready for Miami!
